1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PlaySafely, Inc. ("PlaySafely," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at playsafely.tech and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. PlaySafely is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.

PlaySafely provides digital safety and security services, including but not limited to:

• Threat detection and monitoring
• Real-time security alerts
• Analytics and reporting
• Security policy management
• Customer support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans are available at playsafely.tech/pricing.

5.2 Billing

• Recurring Charges: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Payment Methods: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice
• Failed Payments: Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Contact support@playsafely.tech to request a refund. Subsequent months are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by PlaySafely and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Services will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAYSAFELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use and cancel your account.
